About iRISE

Inspiring India in Research, Innovation, and Stem Education (iRISE) is a programme designed to encourage innovation in young minds, develop educators & teachers to encourage India’s next generation's affinity to science, and support science professionals through sturdy industry-academia collaborations. The program, through its rigorous initiatives in close collaboration with school teachers, researchers, leaders, and industry catalyzes and invests in building a progressive research and innovation ecosystem across India.

This collaborative project has been conceived and sponsored by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune (IISER Pune), British Council, Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), Tata Technologies & Tata Trusts and implemented by IISER Pune.
