Workshop on Design Thinking for Solving Scientific Problems @ CSIR-NCL

The Early Career Researcher's Development Strand of iRISE - Inspiring India in Research, Innovation and STEM Education Programme in collaboration with CSIR- National Chemical Laboratory organized a one-day "Workshop on Design Thinking for Solving Scientific Problems" on December 21st, 2023, at CSIR-NCL Pune. Design thinking expert Dr. Bala Ramadurai (Adjunct Professor, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune) highlighted the significant impact of adopting a human- centric approach in solving scientific challenges. The event was attended by 42 early career researchers (PhDs and Postdocs). During the focussed group discussion participants    shared their viewpoints on career aspirations and their training needs pertaining to employability skills.
