Education is evolving swiftly and the educators of today should be equipped to nurture budding innovators and problem solvers of the future. Beyond tools and technology, students need to develop new skills to solve tough problems, collaborate effectively, and express ideas in new ways. The Teachers’ Development Strand of the iRISE programme is envisaged to inculcate innovative teaching and learning practices by building a range of skills and competencies at the grassroots level by proactively engaging with teachers and eventually students. The programme focuses on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) based training which is a global effort to empower students and teachers to create, innovate, tinker and turn their ideas into reality.
The innovative Teachers' Development programme with the sustained support from the team at IISER Pune trains teachers through an activity-based learning module engaged across India. This fosters science learning and the application of that learning to practical problem solving amongst students in a collaborative and reflective environment with activities that are consistent with the current curriculum.
In its simplest form, out of scope is anything that falls outside the original agreed-upon boundaries for a project. This includes additional tasks, changes in requirements or deadlines, and anything that is not explicitly mentioned in the original scope.
So every person must have a definite aim. So, the aim of life is to give your life a purpose and meaning. Certainly, it is done by finding out what truly matters to you. Your purpose is to create more joy in life or to show others how you can live your life in the best possible manner.
