Capacity Building Workshop for Early Career Researchers @ Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University

iRISE Early Career Researcher Development Strand, in collaboration with the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, organized a 3-Day Capacity Building Workshop for Early Career Researchers at Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University from March 5-7, 2024. This 3-day workshop aims to enhance the workplace readiness of early career researchers in the fields of academia, industry, and entrepreneurship. It encompassed practical skill-development sessions tailored to each theme, featuring introductory sessions, hands-on activities, and interactive engagements with esteemed leaders from academia and industry. A total of One hundred and Twenty-Eight early career researchers (Male: 59, Females: 77) from various disciplines participated in the workshop. Sessions were delivered on the following three themes, spread across three days.

• THEME 1 (Industry)- Industry Readiness: Strengthening Personal and Professional Capacities.
• THEME 2 (Entrepreneurship)- The Basics of Scientific Entrepreneurship: Crafting a Roadmap from Idea to Enterprise. 
• THEME 3 (Academia)- Power of Effective Communication in Research and Education.
